Merry merry.

A humble narrator is taking this week and the first half of next off, so singular images will be greeting you through the week. Have a joylessly laconic Festivus, a Merry Christmas, and a Kwazy Kwanzaa.

Be back on the 27th to finish up the year at this. your Newtown Pentacle.

  1. Can’t stand those electric light candles. In my day they used real wax candles that the parishioners lit with a long thin stick. Real flickering flames of fire in those candles. Now the mysticism is gone. Do you, Mitch, or any of the readers know when and why the turnover? Fire hazards? Insurance regs?
