  1. Mitch,I’ve followed you’r work for a while. I am working on putting notes together for a text book. I see you have done a book of your work. If you would please, is this a “self publishing” company?  If so, how involved was the process and how expensive was it.thanks, Jim Kelly

    • Expensive and difficult are relative, given my background in advertising and comic publishing production environments. Saying that, use Blurb’s indesign or other plugins and it’s pretty straightforward. As far as expense, you’ve got to order a proof copy or three as there’s some glaring error which you won’t see otherwise. Have somebody proofread the thing as well
